The project was born from the need of a reference company in the sector of supplying products and services in the world of hygiene and comfort for the catering and hospitality sectors. In this sector, characterised by great competitiveness, a punctual and efficient organisation is of fundamental importance to meet customer needs in the shortest possible time. For this reason, Pieri Group S.r.l was looking for a tool capable of reducing customer service times for both its technical assistance and maintenance department and its sales force in the area.

THE SOLUTION

EUROSYSTEM2000, relying on its thirty years of know-how in the IT sector, provided the customer with a specific app solution for technical assistance management and mobile order collection, perfectly integrated with the company’s management system. Now, the company has a complete tool – it also works offline – that allows it to keep the service workflow under control at all times and to facilitate the work of its technicians and agents in collecting orders from customers. Today, the sales force can operate through multimedia presentation of products, sending documentation and data sheets, and having a complete report of the customer’s situation and discounts. The order, or the quotation, is placed in a few moments and the system automatically loads the relative data into the Pieri Group S.r.l. management system, updating all company functions from administration to logistics and purchasing in real time.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS AND RESULTS

The new offline solution has enabled the company to plan services more punctually and the agents to meet customer needs at any time and place. This translates into great time savings, better coverage of the territory and an increase in the number of orders processed. Furthermore, having a multimedia catalogue at hand at all times has drastically reduced the use of paper material, and customers themselves have found it very useful to be able to have the technical content available at any time.
